some russian guy was complaining online that he applied for social welfare because he's an autist. the government approved his claim, but since there's no actual benefits scale, they just set it however will fit within the budget, so his benefits were set at 1,000 roubles per month, or a little over $16. he was mad that across the border in finland, autists can get something like 1,500 euros per month with an autism diagnosis.
