You should add a category $0 and include cities like Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Reconstituted Evansville. 2) I think it's a stretch to assume biological survival in NYC at the $500k income level. I'm not saying it's impossible but it's going to be an uphill battle to get enough caloric intake if that's your level of available funds.
