Date: July 16th, 2018 6:14 PM Author: Supple Legal Warrant Mad-dog Skullcap Definitely can help during law school, depending on your approach. I managed to do well in LS by drilling tons of practice tests. Adderall not only helped me do that, it made it enjoyable.
But eventually you get used to performing at that level and then become dependent on the drug for all kinds of work. Before you know it, your dopamine receptors are blown the fuck out. You're depressed when you're off it and a miserable jerk when you're on it.
I'm the most successful on paper that I've ever been. I'm also the most miserable. I owe both to Adderall. |

I might just be an extreme case, but I get the sense that ADHD types also tend towards addiction. I'm trying to get some outside help to manage it (not professional, just confiding in friends / family who can help hold me accountable). Don't think I can just go cold turkey though. I still have huge loans to pay, need current jerb to pay them and need addy to do current jerb. Sucks. Not worth it. |
