I also had 1 building with a legit health club in it with a great pool.
Neither had "pet spas" or whatever. But these were amazing features. It is more than just convenience. You find that you use these features 10x more when they are an elevator ride from your apt. |

When I lived in a building with a pool, I’d always see Sarah and Rachel there with their kids paying a college kid $20 an hour (split) for kids’ swimming lessons rather than $450 at the JCC. Also would see Ben and Jonathan using the free gym and steam room and booking up the squash court times and trying to throw little Ezra a bday party in the kids’ playroom without paying the booking fee. |
