I set 5 alarms. I will usually snooze one or two and then get up and let the others just ring out, or shut them off if my phone happens to be near.
I don't shower in the morning; I shower in the evening after I work out.
Put in contacts and put on my makeup/sunscreen/moisturizer
Eat a bowl of rice krispies cereal
Drink a protein shake and take two vitamins and a creatine tablet
Go back to bed, set timer for ten to twenty mins depending on how much time I have left
Wake up, finish getting dressed and packing my lunch bag, then leave for work either on bicycle or in car depending on circumstances

Alarm goes off, I give myself a 15 min snooze. Then get up. Always make bed (no tucking in sheets, just grabbing sheet and comforter together, throwing them up in air and guiding them down with my hands as they float down to look more or less straight on the bed)
Immediately go piss. Then brush my mouth guard clean.
Go up to my workout room. Do 10-12 minutes of stretching, then 2000-2500 feet on the Versaclimber at a brisk pace. Watch cnn dur8ng climb to see what libs are outraged over that day.
Come downstairs dripping wet. Have a bowl of cereal and a sliced apple while I browse xoxo
Finish breakfast, go to room to pick out outfit for the day. Go to bathroom to warm up shower and brush teeth. Take a ten minute shit, browsing xoxo. Jump in shower after.
Get out, get dressed, and usually play guitar for 10-15 minutes. Leave the house.

I've got the GOAT alarm scheme:
First thing to go off is the Phillips wake-up light. This thing is incredible, one of the best purchases I've ever made. The light gradually gets brighter for half an hour before the radio turns on.
While the light is getting brighter (but before the radio goes off): My Cuisinart coffeemaker goes off. It has a built-in grinder so it's pretty damn loud, but it's in my apartment kitchen and is thus not a guarantee to wake me up.
Then the radio goes off on the Phillips. There is hot fresh coffee waiting for me. I'm frequently able to get up at this point.
Finally, I use a back-up alarm on my phone. This one comes into play somewhat frequently as the three things that have happened already are all a bit subtle

i don't exercise in the morning because i've read repeatedly that it's bad for your heart to exert yourself heavily during the 3 or 4 hour window immediately after rising in the morning.
something like 70% of all heart attacks occur in the first 4 hours after a man wakes up, and overexerts himself by mowing the lawn or clearing snow or something.
i'm not at risk for a heart attack, but the logic seems to be that it's stressful for your system, even if you are healthy.

Second cup of coffee in the shower while I plan my day (at least 20 mins), pup goes back to bed. Finish getting ready and take dog on walk.
4. Walk to work (incl. 20 min. Metro ride - check social media, email and xo). Grab iced coffee and breakfast sandwich if I didn’t prepare my own breakfast sandwich the night before (homemade sour dough). In the office by 8am at the latest. Eat breakfast and catch up on email then start working.
