No. Browder and Mcfaul are targets because of their work in bringing about the Magnitsky Act and sanctions. Working with the US government in implementing its foreign policy should never be the basis for allowing a hostile foreign power to interrogate your own people.
Hell, we don't even allow our own soldiers who commit crimes in foreign allied countries (let alone hostile areas) to be amenable to that country's jurisdiction (we usually have SOFA agreements that require jurisdiction in military courts). Fucking lol at the notion that we'll give up american personnel to questioning because meat-heads like yourself have a boner for dumb autocrats like Putin. |
