I sent him to a pain management doc and he went to two appointments for PT and got bored and quit. so I had 3 weeks of treatment to work w. Liability was a small problem as this was a lane merge case. CL had a mass in his coke addled head at the ER and had some testing done on that while he was there which we claimed as specials but would be undermined at trial. |

Date: July 19th, 2018 2:59 PM Author: cream arousing rigpig doctorate this month I settled another PI for $70K (full fee but I waived the WC fee award on the WC component of the case) and a real shitbird case for $25K--I practically had to waive fee just to make sure I got my costs back on that one. It was partly my fault I guess.
