akko also has a pretty setting on the coast, but there's more variety. there's old crusader shit (hall of knights, underground tunnel, etc.), an interesting old city w a good souq, an old mosque, even the home of the guy who founded the bahai religion. more shit you haven't seen as much of.
so, i'd def pick akko. |
