Date: July 23rd, 2018 4:26 PM Author: Unholy resort two showers a day. the key is to keep them brief, and run cold water at the end maybe. so your skin doesn't get dried out over time. don't just sit there like it's a decadent scalding Roman bath.
skipping one occasionally is ok too, to give your skin a rest. same with skipping shaving once in a while, on weekends. |
