It's mostly Trump's fault, as his behavior has infuriated not just libs but also college educated suburban white moderates.

Also, I think this is a more natural political position for Trump to be in; he'll be in constant warfare mode with dem congressional leaders. This is what he's best at, fighting dems (and people named Bush). |
