A North Carolina man was arrested after he allegedly kept a child from leaving a bouncy house and tickling their feet in July.
Police detained Philip Williams, 46, and charged him with first degree kidnapping and indecent liberty with a minor, according to WFMY.
The mother of a four-year-old child called local authorities and told them that a man was preventing her child from leaving a bouncing house at Bouncin' Around in Burlington.
According to police, the woman also reported that the man touched her child inappropriately.
The Roxboro resident was arrested on Thursday.
In the police report, it was said that the man tickled the child's feet and belly. |
