The EU considers the immigration debate as a threat to the EU itself (see Brexit) and quadrupling the amount of refugees will exacerbate the issue even further. The syrians, iranians, ISIS, turks, Saudis, Americans, and Russian blew Syria up but Europe will be stuck with the bill.
