they never really make room for him on the jam sections and his groove always seems to be doing something different than the group imo
their drummer (forget his name) seems pretty cr and has a nice pocket and transitions into sections well |

On bass, he's kind of a jack of all trades, master of none. Sure he can play funk and jazzy stuff, but he aint marcus miller.
