Just hours after Comey’s termination went public in May, Strzok texted Page “We need to open the case we’ve been waiting on now while Andy is acting.”
Andy is likely a reference to then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who was fired from the bureau months later for leaking intelligence to the press.

Above all else, Mueller needs both political and legitimacy. That is crumbling underneath him because he knowingly continued an investigation which was started via outright misrepresentations and a gross abuse of power.
The truth will set you free. And the truth behind all this fucks libs. I have to heartily lol that the best response you have is to challenge me on a specific date that Mueller's fraud will end.

They could argue that evidence was improperly obtained, that investigators and/or prosecutors misled the court, that illegal wiretaps were used etc. In each of Mueller's cases, we haven't seen any indication of defendants employing the arguments advanced by your favorite conservative journalists. The few legal challenges to Mueller's appointment were laughable. Wherever the investigation goes, it's going to play out in the grand jury and in court.
