people are fucking idiots and think these good results he posts about are "typical results" i have tons of cases with huge property damage and accepted liability where the offer is zero because the defense insurance company is trying to harass and delay and accumulate defense fees.

the insurance companies have more money resources to deal with these litigations than any plaintiff lawyer.

these insurance companies would never pay a penny if an injury claim is made 1 hour after the statute of limitations ran.

the only reason they pay ANYTHING is to protect themselves.
