probably depends on whether you will keep treating and driving up the meds - but they should file suit on this and that will prob drive it up to $40k minimum if you have had any kind of legit treatment

make sure there is a good record of future meds needed and tell your lawyers to file suit. it might up your contingency fee but its worth it

a lot of pi guys are lazy and want u to just take $24K settlements so they can get $8K for doing nothing. MAKE them file suit.

your contingency fee prob goes up to 40% upon filing of an answer - but if they file suit and serve discovery you can sometimes get a tender or at least a better offer while still pre-answer.

time, you will have to participate in tedious discovery, sit for depo, and possibly sit for a compulsory medical exam of some kind where a hack defense doctor creates a record of you not really being injured

yup, they have a 40% contingency if i file. the hack defense in this case is my own insurance company because the bitch who hit me had no insurance

Are you in California? Going after your own insurance company is way better than a third party carrier

same as in FL if there is uninsured motorist coverage. for one, the named defendant in a case gets to be Insurance Co. Inc. rather than Juan Gomez.

you should hire an XO lawyer.
