PA-5 (redistricting)
PA-6 (redistricting)
PA-7 (redistricting)
PA-17 (redistricting two incumbents together, Lamb and Rothfus)
CA-49 (retirement)
FL-27 (retirement)
VA-2 (scandal/mixed reports on this)
VA-10 (suburban DC district)
NJ-11 (suburban NYC district)
NJ-2 (retirement)
CO-6 (suburban Denver district)
AZ-2 (retirement/McSally running for Senate)
MN-3 (suburban Minneapolis district)
IA-1 (weak incumbent)
WA-8 (retirement)
TBF, 4 of these are due to Pennsylvania Court ordering a redistricting. However, there are other lean democrat districts that haven't been abandoned yet beyond this list.
