Date: September 25th, 2018 2:45 AM Author: silver tank state tbf, the national murder rate was unchanged (it's still at 5.3 per 100,000), and the raw number of murders actually went up slightly (though as a matter of rate it fell very slightly past the first decimal due to projected population increase).
