You should never present evidence unless on trial (an expansion on "Never talk to police.") Any evidence presented is hard surface area for new government accusations against you. There are 500,000 laws.
You could line up Brett Kavanaugh's Beach Week with the police blotter then go fishing for photos of him and his group matching the description. Deeply irresponsible.
If you are guilty, you would've been arrested. You haven't been arrested so you won't present evidence. Elizabeth Warren could've weaseled out of this as a civil liberties hero using the 6th amendment like all (but especially disadvantaged) should use in day-to-day adversarial criminal proceedings.
