The 1992 dem primary was extremely weak. The big players in the party such as Cuomo, Gore, Bradley, Gephardt, all took a pass because HW Bush was hovering at 90% approval rating in fall 1991. The media jokingly referred to the 1992 Dem primary as the "seven dwarves." |
