The Kavanaugh protests.
The 2nd wave of migrants.
Antifa, both scaling up + also 'silencing' when they go to far and you don't hear from them for a while (applies to BLM as well).
I get (((they))) are often cited as the source, and that caravan truck thread unsurprisingly has a link, but my question is HOW does this shit get done?
Who strategically decides what's next?
How is the message communicated?
How does the funding go from the source to the boots on the ground?
On one hand it appears like there has to be a nerve center / hub that investigation could uncover by working informants and tracing funds. Just like you would if you were trying to take down any sort of organized crime.
On the other, I wonder if it's almost like ELF where there is some conceptual seed of ethos that cells use as a foundational principal but then operate 100% independently and never know or coordinate with other cells.

The left is far more experienced in building organizations, so they have existing structures in place to react to new events. They don't need to have central coordination; lots of independent actors with similar values and prior preparation can react without needing it, much like a well-trained army can react to an attack without needing the commander-in-chief's orders.
A good essay on this sort of thing: https://jacobitemag.com/2017/06/14/political-violence-is-a-game-the-right-cant-win/
