smoking pot and doing acid every so often isn’t going to fry your serotonin system. in fact, even doing molly every day for years wouldn’t permanently fry you unless you had a stroke. you’d probably be depressed for a year or two but your brain would stabilize.

seems like you should get some exercise, take fish oil. try an SSRI if you want but it has consequences. i actually do believe in holistics when it comes to depression because the medical researchers dont know what the fuck theyre doing and shit as basic as aerobic exercise matches SSRIs in placebo-controlled double blind studies. depression is a modern ailment.
