Started smoking and drinking heavily after divorce. I know I have only myself to blame for my misery but, as per above, I have extremely low EQ and no abilities to cope with life.

You should break up with your current girlfriend ASAP. She’s slowing down the grieving process and it’s 95% sure you break up with her/get broken up with.
Lift. Eat right. Focus on your hobbies or find new hobbies. Enjoy the company of friends and strive to make new friends. Once you get married you won’t have all this extra time on your hands. |
