main thing driving super high costs is the fact that you can't really assess the quality of a mattress before buying it, and purchases are made extremely infrequently (once every 10 years). so the rational strategy for a mattress firm is to price high and use much of the margin to fund advertising.
almost all the top review sites are owned by one mattress company or another. sleepopolis is indirectly owned by casper, i believe. |

This shit is subjective but thankfully they all come with trial periods now so you can just send that shit back if you don’t like it.
This is definitely a firmer mattress than 90% of what’s on the market but it’s not like sleeping on the floor. |

Only difficulty is finding the exact same mattress at each store bc they give them ridic names... but once you do that its Golden.
Spent basically a whole Sunday doing it, but it was 180 when I beat the guy down to accepting my offer.
