But it’s hard to find the right people, so they just hire guys who kind of fit the description and then fire them if they suck. I’ve only been here four weeks and I’ve already seen two guys on my “team” who were hired AFTER me get let go. And they were nice enough guys who the company wined and dined and strung along as if everything was okey dokey. lol at this shit.
