I’ve had hemorrhoids from pushing too hard. I need to drink more water. I literally never drink actual water. Fruits and vegetables, fiber, etc would probably help too. If I eat like a bunch of dried fruit, that helps.

Fiber cult enthusiast here:

1) Have some fiber 1 original cereal every morning. Don’t bother putting in bowl with milk..just slam it directly from bag and wash down with water

2) in morning, STIM movement with caffeine when you want to go

3) Drink tons of water throughout day

4) Consider adding spicy foods to diet if you really want to move things quick

5) Exercise, even if just weight training, helps.

I consider myself in the 99th percentile in bowel habits.
