Injury lawyers, I need a case evaluation, come here ITT

Date: November 12th, 2019 4:30 PM Author: Mahogany senate Client is woman, white, from northeast, late 30's, gainfully employed, attractive. While on vacation in Charleston, she slipped at a high-end bar/ restaurant while walking to the women's room. Embarrassed, she went into the women's room. While exiting the women's room, she slipped on the same spot again and suffered a broken elbow. She reported the area to be very slippery, but there is no indication what made it so slippery. An investigator visited the area a week later and could not find any thing slippery on the ground. It was not raining that day.
Meds are ~$30k, lost wages ~$10k. No permanency rating, full recovery.

What does she believe she slipped on? How are you going to prove that the Defendant had notice of the condition?
If you haven’t taken the case, decline it. If you have, take a nuisance settlement and move on. |
