She was in the "living outside an urban area is TERRIBLE" crowd and I was happy to avoid urban living entirely, so we ended up compromising with where we live which is a pretty urban suburb.
She also notes that she COULD get a job in MFH very easily and commute via the train. I could too (though giving up WFH isn't a particularly attractive proposition for me). |
