Any shitlawyers or other mastermen have experience with what to do next? I get this question all the time and don't know what the real practical answer is.

Friend submitted emails and texts showing client was happy with results, client apparently denied it and said he never got what he paid for. PayPal closed the dispute and refunded the client.
