Not really, but I got just enough for me, and I had very limited space.

Powerblock dumbbells (5-90lbs) ~ 300$

Adjustable bench ~ $100

Relatively fancy non-peloton spin bike ~ 800$ second hand

I bought a mat for the bike just because of sweat. For the bench, it has rubber feet and it doesn’t really matter because it isn’t like I’m deadlifting so my floor isn’t going to get fucked up.

I hear the best flooring for home gyms is stall mats from tractor supply though. I just have everything in a corner in my living room. concrete floor.

True. I forgot I still didn’t cancel my gym membership from OC. It was 10 bucks a month and 75% Vietnamese people since it was in westminster

For $600, I bought a squat rack and a barbell with a set of 300lb. weights. I put it in my bedroom. I can do squats, deadlifts, standing shoulder press, lunges, bicep curls, bent over rows.

It has an attachment for pull ups and dips.

I can do 90% of what I did in the gym. If I got a bench, I could do bench and be close to 100%.

The only thing I am missing is dumbbell bench exercises.
