Covid makes biowarfare inevitable

Now that the world has seen this virus bring us to our knees, it makes biowarfare inevitable. I have read that the Chinks are working on bioweapons that only target Caucasians. We better be researching bug killers.
The most likely scenario is an enemy country releasing a bioweapon through a proxy group to maintain deniability. The cost and ease of creating a custom virus will go down substantially over time. It could even be an independent terrorist group releasing a virus.
This all feels like the start of a really ugly chapter in history.
