The industry can’t be allowed to fail. If they go bankrupt they reorganize and/or get bailed out.

So even in that situation, what happens to shareholders that buy next week?

didn't airlines just slash their schedules another 80% through summer indicating they don't think demand will rebound until the fall at least? They are losing piles of $ every day and the terms of the bailout state that they have to keep operating in order to be eligible, so they can't suspend operations and wait it out. Add to this if the commies and camels agree to production cuts and oil prices spike. I think we have further to bleed.
