Are psychological analyses of dreams real or bullshit?

it's my second most frequent after the "unprepared for college exam" dream, which is also very common
other (less frequent) recurring dreams are teeth falling out, unable to throw a punch with any force, and getting stabbed
also had dreams of sea monsters (like giant evil whales) and tidal waves for about a year during a bout with depression and substance abuse |
