A $2M house in Westlake would be way nicer and have a bigger lot, pool, etc. Rollingwood and all those neighborhoods right next to town lake require legit seven figure incomes and spending like $5M to get a super nice house instead of this aged housing stock with a smear of lipstick kind of place.
