Get into a daily calorie surplus with a lot of protein. Train your muscles daily but not the same muscles on back to back days. Train your chest, shoulders, serratus, upper back, middle back, biceps, triceps, lower back, abs, obliques, quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and calves. You can do this with weights or with just bodyweight; weights is probably a better option for strength.

Keep doing this until you get up to 180 lbs. Then do the same thing but eat at a calorie deficit until you are back to 165. You will have gained 10 lbs of muscle and lost ten lbs of fat
