A McMansion connotes an architectural failure that occupies a disproportionate amount of square footage of the lot it's placed on.
That is a McMansion. Also for the record that is the Northgate Forest. It's absolutely a mass-produced house with the target market being proles with more money than sense who think they have maed it if they have a 6000+ sq ft wife and a lexis.
The blurb the RE agent wrote is a lie. "Custom" might be like "here's the ugly fucking floor plan, do you want a terrazzo backsplash or subway tile?" |
