I will be submitting an at-home dried blood spot test to an online TRT provider. How do I manipulate my levels to be low enough to get prescribed injections but not so low as to be suspicious and/or have to re-rest?
I’m planning on taking it in the evening, drinking the night before, and have been avoiding vegetables and fats for a few days. Any other tricks?

you can feel great and experience a moderate increase in muscle-building by cruising at around 1500/day with few adverse health effects.
very few people are outside of the 300-900 range naturally. and really the vast majority are like 400-700.
