How much do you think this "addition" to my secret room will cost?

Date: August 11th, 2020 1:08 AM Author: Abnormal psychic range My black wife and I are building a 3-BR house and the builder said he could make a little secret room under the stairs. This was my black wife's idea of a compromise for the secret room that I really wanted.
I wanted a secret entrance to the bonus room above the garage. I thought this was a reasonable request, but I was shot down in flames. My parents teamed up with my wife to make it worse.
The secret room under the stairs is not really a room, its like a broom closet which isn't much of a consolation at all. But then I came up with the idea of an addition to it when I can save up a few grand. That's where you bros come in. How many benjamins do you think I'll need for this:
I bring in an out-of-state contractor to dig a tunnel in the floor of the secret broom closet that goes about 15-20 feet deeper than the crawlspace.
The tunnel will lead to a real secret room. It will have couches and big screen TVs with a new Xbox AND a Playstation.
It will also be where I grow some dank ass weed, pool table, wet bar, full kitchen, shower, beds that pull out of the wall, the whole deal.
There will be an escape hatch in this secret room that takes you under the ground to the corner of the property (I am buying a half-acre which is surrounded by trees).
I will build a storage shed in the corner of the property that will conceal the escape hatch in the ground from the view of the main house. So in case of attack, we can pop out of the escape hatch and run through the woods and no one will see us.
My black wife thinks it will be expensive, but I think we might be able to pull it off with a year or two of savings. |

I'm thinking, both disguise the entrance into the broom closet tunnelway
AND make it so that once you are in the secret underground house, the entrance to the tunnel is also disguised.
So if you ever invited guests into the yard portal to the room, they wouldn't know that there is a tunnel into your house. |

Date: August 11th, 2020 1:19 AM Author: Buff corner this is cr, but really doesn’t go deep enough. anybody who ever sees it understands what it is. they all kind of assume there’s another layer to which they’re NOT privy. but nobody will ever guess that you built a secret room to your secret room’s secret room. ironically, you have to start with the inner sanctum. when they’re done, send that crew away and hire a new one. if they ask, they can say there’s a secret room. same with the new crew, but they never know of the secreter room. |
