Cleared damaged items and loaded freight. Answered all incoming driver phone calls. Deliver hazardous materials in a professional manner to maintain the safety of the products and customers. Keep up on all dot regulations. Monitor personnel and / or equipment locations utilized in order to coordinate service and schedules. Filed all paper work and made bank deposits. Tasked with maintaining power and steam levels within defined limits and performing emergency operations to ensure safety of ship. Scheduled and dispatched workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles to appropriate locations using radios or telephones. Monitor all High voltage electrical feeds coming from the power company to the plant. Assist in customer service issues. Read and analyze service orders and repair tickets to dispatch to the appropriate technician based upon the company criteria. Maintained accurate stock records and schedules.
