Spain is smaller than Texas. I would go for week+ and see two places. You don't need to spend all the time changing locations like some boomer cruising 8 countries in 9 days, but it's worth exploring a bit.
Also if traveling with kids, I would query why you think Madrid is the best possible destination. Unless your kids fucking love Spanish art, late-night tapas, and bank headquarters, in which case go for it. |
