I have been suffering from chronic exhaustion, insomnia, shitty sleep, and feeling like absolute shit in the mornings.
Lately, I added chronic pain to the mix.
Don't tell me "it's depression". It may be, what I need is a fucking solution.
Is there a treatment for this? Something that could help me fix it fast?

I do, I've always been an outdoorsmo. I hike, run, lift and ride my bike.
For those who think that's the solution, sorry to disappoint you, but no, it isn't. It may temporarily make you feel good, but I honestly feel like lately, just a 5k drains the shit out of me and I need a full day to recover.
I need the energy to do a 5k, and then do some work at home, then go out for a drink, then come back and watch a movie/read a book. Guess what, after the 5k, I am done for the fucking day and all I can do is lie down and listen to an audio book.

This happened to me about a year ago. One night I went on an insane coke filled bender with a Bro and I bared my soul to my Bro and suddenly had an epiphany about why I was depressed and realized it was a psychological defect due to some bullshit from my teen years. After my 70 hour bender I went to bed and woke up with a massive headache and hangover but I had a smile on my face. My depression was cured and I had a new lease on life
I can’t guarantee this will work for you but you may as well give it a shot

Can you elaborate more on the psychological defect due to some stuff in your teen years? I'm pretty sure that this dates back also to my teen years, but it's not like I can fix it.
We all know life isn't perfect and it can be absolute SPS. Everyone who claims that "I had a difficult childhood, I have to work through the issues", I mean, there will always be issues like divorce of parents, death of parents, bullying, and tragedies.
That shit *is* what happens in this world. We should be stronger as humans to be able to handle that shit, and I am not actually even complaining about the fact that I had shit happen, what I complain about is the fucking side effects that don't let me live a normal life. Why the fuck do we have those side effects?
So because of shitty family situations now you end up unable to sleep well, with chronic pain and fatigue, etc? JFC, God really created us in his image.

I have a similar situation, mother passed away when I was a toddler, father remarried and the stepmother divorced and left us in a financial hellhole.
So I am always in fear that I will lose what I've been able to accomplish to this day, because everything has been lost thus far.
But there's no way to convince yourself that things will be alright because there's no God, or if there's a God, he's constantly fucking us over. Then you look at the rest of the world and realize not only can you lose everything, you can get blown up into pieces by other humans.
It really is obvious that this shitworld is simply hell itself and we're here to go through the nightmare.

i love christ actually. one of my family members greatly benefited from ssris. absolutely, if you're not already eating a healthy diet, maximizing sunlight, exercising, sleeping on a regular schedule in a place that is dark and quiet, etc -- do all that first. try mushrooms sure. and i understand that not everybody responds to ssris (because, again, medicine doesn't understand the mechanics or root cause of depression/anxiety so any tools to treat it are blunt instruments). i'm just telling you, it was a night and day difference, and i'm happy they did it. they were looking for solutions for YEARS. it's apparently not something that will always just pass. so that's why i'm telling OP, if you've been unhappy and feeling this way for a while, you need to actually do some of these things--or vastly change your life by getting a chill job and living by the beach--you can't just post and hope it'll get better bc unfortunately a lot of times it doesn't

American Cancer Society:
"The fatigue that often comes with cancer is called cancer-related fatigue. It's very common. Between 80% and 100% of people with cancer report having fatigue. The fatigue felt by people with cancer is different from the fatigue of daily life and different from the tired feeling people might remember having before they had cancer.
People with cancer might describe it as feeling very weak, listless, drained, or “washed out” that may decrease for a while but then comes back. Some may feel too tired to eat, walk to the bathroom, or even use the TV remote. It can be hard to think or move. Rest might help for a short time but does not make it go away, and just a little activity can be exhausting. For some people with cancer, this kind of fatigue causes more distress than pain, nausea, vomiting, or depression."

you are aging and you have anxiety. make your diet as good as possible and focus on 'whole food' i.e. don't eat processed shit all the time. remove alcohol from your routine. experiment with whatever you have to do to get a good night's sleep.
for exercise, don't focus on mindless shit like running which can present as many downsides as the cardio upside. work on mobility and fundamental strength. if you can't do ten perfect dead hang pullups/30 completely clean chest-to-floor pushups in a slow, controlled fashion, you're not in good shape. prioritize flexibility and dynamic movement. there are tons of fat flabby middle-aged people with chronic pain who are nonetheless avid hikers and runners.
that's really all you can do other than seek some counseling or whatever else you need to improve your mental state. the fact that you think this has been a creeping issue since your 20s and go to something like XO for help suggests that you are not properly addressing your issues.

"the fact that you think this has been a creeping issue since your 20s and go to something like XO for help suggests that you are not properly addressing your issues."
That's not what it means. It means psychiatrists in the US are useless.
I'm not exclusively coming to xo to address my issues, I ask around in places where it's ok to say you're depressed. XO is known to be full of depressmos and the shroom suggestion isn't terrible, so something good came out of this.
