The clickbait title of the video is "why I'm no longer a fan of America," but the actual content is a lot more nuanced and I think accurate. This guy is a German youtuber who immigrated here after being an American fanboy his entire life. He now has a more nuanced view, though his videos as a whole make it clear he likes a lot about living here.
One thing he points out is that there IS no "American" anything since its people and the different parts of the country are so different. Another major point he makes is that we have an ungodly amount of money and resources sloshing around this country, which gives us license to run the country in what is by German standards an extremely inefficient way.
I think both points are 100% accurate.

It's 100% accurate to state that the US has so much room for error based on its natural wealth that we've gotten used to getting away with running our country in a totally retarded way.
Germany has comparatively little natural wealth, just the competence and hard work of its people. Which is why they've gotten used to having to run their country in an intelligent way and why it's jarring for Germans to come here and see the governmental equivalent of a monkey screwing a football. It's super-easy to apply for the visas online, and it's become a rite of passage for many young Germans to go to Australia or New Zealand to work.
