It's insane that these companies are run on these strict benchmarks, pushing for profit growth continually quarter by quarter, with a need to ruthlessly exploit every dollar and cut every dime.
And then they just give every person in the organizatoin with "chief" in their title between 2 and 50 million dollars for no reason. And it doesn't seem to effect the company financials at all?
I thought the court invalidating Elon's compensation was bullshit, but its crazy Tesla is laying off 14,000 people and in the same week trying to give Elon Musk $46 billion people - which is equal to $4 mm per laid off worker...
