Just say something like, "Look, I think I'm a great leader but I'm obviously not a great proofreader. I worked with a ghost writer on this book and I just made this youth group joke, which actually is something my husband says a lot, and somewhere the ghostwriter must've thought it really happened. We're fixing it and I'm telling my husband to have me fact check all his jokes going forward."

I don't get how she can just gloss over this. It not just a memory lapse because its also a pretty significant policy lapse if she thinks Kim Jng Un is regualarly meeting with the governors of the upper midwest. |
