Xbox 360 RROD is the root cause. If a Console maker can’t produce reliable hardware, people are going to look for a reason to get the competitor Console.

Blaming Mattrick is like blaming Lee Iacocca for Detroit losing the gen. Japanese Supervision, champ.

They are just ahead of their time. They were trying to bring the Future with Xbox One and didn’t expect the pushback about “always online” and physical media. To this day there are still Losers crying about no physical media releases of games even though there is no real benefit of having it on disk. Most won’t even fit on a disk. It’s not a 4K UHD (of which I have an impressive collection of juuuuuuust sayin’)
