second, the entire allegation is that those things are not "Somali childcare centers" at all. that's the entire point.

so instead of "focus on Somali childcare centers" you are referring to "exposure of massive fraud."

i assume we will know soon enough. MN law provides that childcare centers have to keep detailed and legible sign-in and sign-out sheets for six years. if those places are legit they will easily be able to prove it.
