Should I pay CALIFORNIA TAX?

So if I don't pay 1099 tax now, will they go after me the same way as if I don't pay my federal irs tax? They send demand letters to people 2-3years after the year and then get penalties plus no opportunity to do any deductions and have to use kike and Muslim lawyers to even get through to them.
