The US on the other hand has a lot of experience, as everyone from Germany to Vietnam could tell you... Even had the 1st Gas Regiment at one point. |

Date: April 3rd, 2026 10:59 PM Author: average/ordinary/typical citizen/person I'm talking about Iran using it's full asymmetric capabilities U.S. public doesn't really appreciate to engage in really any civilian targeting attacks on U.S. territory but particularly chemical weapons attacks at state actor level in belligerent reprisal for United States disregarding prohibition on targeting civilians in Iran. In fact if that were to happen I would be more likely to believe the U.S. government did it to blame on Iran than Iran actually doing it, but Iran has the capability and IHL cover to do it if they choose to.
I don't think American citizens understand or believe something like this is even in the realm of possibility and aren't even considering the idea of holding elected leaders to account on how they're conducting military action which could result in tangible direct deaths in a way no conflict U.S. has been a part of since ww2 could. |
