So to make Netanyahu look good they had to crank up the lights bright as fuck. During moments when Netanyahu's lower lip obscured the light, the camera sensor had no data to work with and just reported black pixels, no color value. That's a border where there's a sharp change in color from white to orange. The camera sensor is a bayer array using nearest neighbor or some shit to interpolate color values, because it's too small and slow to fill every pixel all the time. The image is also backlit, with all the light coming from behind Netanyahu's head
