"babes and bullets" has been rediscovered as a neo-noir classic. the christmas and halloween specials have always been popular. the hawaii vacation episode with the climax at the volcano was very well-done. the show where garfield gets lost and meets his mom was emotional without being melodramatic. etc.

those specials still hold up quite well 30 to 40 years later.

different. simpsons was always funny to me. Garfield hit me at like 8yo so prime nostalgia scares. I swear the scene on the island with the old man was made by the devil himself.
